This happens way more than it should. I was working on more Schnell springboards when I hit a wall, so I switched to my Hey Genie outline (for Extras, due Friday). But then I had an epiphany, and sooo…
- built a web tool to allow me to easily compose tweet-length content in a serialized fashion;
- figured out four compelling characters for the story;-
- mapped out the general idea;
- started filling in an “episodic” outline;
… at which point I said: “Cool! That’s a solid outline!” and went “CRAP! The outline!” and then went “CRAP! The springboards!”
And so now I must go back to my regularly scheduled program.
