Kaso

Kaso is a dangerous player in the web world, because he isn't afraid to tread way outside the safety of Monitor City. Based in Block B near centretown, he is a young purist hacker, whose ideology says he must hunt down injustice around the world and exploit its weaknesses. He is a principle backer of illegal asteroid mining, and has a record of disabling satellites to cause surveillance blackouts around the world.

Kaso is originally from Kenya, but his family moved to the United Kingdom when he was ten. He has only the faintest of memories of life in Kenya, but his adult life has been spent trying to fix the problems that his ancestral home has been facing in recent years. If it weren't for paper records, third world debt would have been erased a few times over.

Kaso is not the best hacker. He leaves his fingerprints all over everything he does, and sometimes even signs his work with a prominent "README_0Wn3d.txt" document in the filesystem. His exploits are so politically explosive that many in Monitor City want him expelled, but too much of the populace agrees with his point of view for that to get much traction. He has been listed on several countries' most wanted lists, but he very obviously doesn't intend to leave MC to be arrested.

Kaso is average height, average build, and has eyes that are surprisingly wide-open for someone that lives in a dark room all day. He wears a World Cup 2006 jersey when he's out, and can quote football scores from the last 50 years as if reading them.
