It’s almost a year since my last public State of the Union, so this is a bit, uh, awkward. But it’s good to organize my thoughts, and set expectations. So here we go:
Anti-Anti-Anti-Christs: the parents for episode 2 are picked, so I start writing today. With a little luck, I’ll be done by Friday (averaging about 4,000 words a day). That would be a full week earlier than my drop-dead deadline, so hopefully I make it.
OP-1: is “outside project 1” — something I can’t talk about yet. It’s going well, and I’ve still got a ton of writing to do on it, but it won’t be announceable for a few months at least.
OP-2: is going to need some coding care this week, and hopefully launch soon. It’ll be big, but weird.
UHS: looking for readers on this. It’s had pretty great feedback, but I know so few live-action film folks I don’t really know what to do with it. Hmm…
And that’s it for this week, I think. The bonus of AAAC is that it takes up so much time, I don’t feel like I’m slacking off. The downside is that it takes up so much time, it’s kinda daunting.
Stay tuned for next week’s update, when we discover if I actually got it done 🙂
